  • Comfort with walking on natural terrain, rice field paths, and outdoor spaces.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

This retreat may not be suitable for individuals with significant mobility limitations, acute physical or mental health conditions requiring close supervision, high-risk pregnancies, or those unable to participate safely in light movement and nature-based activities.
