Aakanksha, a former law graduate, embarked on a journey to find deeper meaning through yoga, discovering balance and inner peace.

After becoming a 500RYT, she has taught Hatha, Vinyasa, Therapeutic, Restorative, and Yin Yoga in India.

Passionate about meditation, pranayama, and Yoga Philosophy, Aakanksha now serves as the Philosophy Headteacher at YogaUnion.
