BALI 50H BREATH & SOMATICS TTC

A transformational trauma-informed training, embodied into Breathwork, Somatics and nervous system awareness – an invitation to return home to your body, while learning to guide others from a safe and grounded place.

“There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen”. ~ RUMI

Introduction

Breath & Somatics Teacher Training is a powerful 50-hour journey of deep transformation, self- discovery, and embodied facilitation.

Through a blend of modern science with ancient wisdom, this training explores how somatic practices and tools, emotional release techniques, nervous system regulation, trauma awareness, and various styles of breathwork, create lasting shifts in the body-mind system.

Whether you are looking to integrate these tools into your professional practice or deepen your personal journey, this training will provide you with the knowledge and experience to hold space with clarity, compassion, grounded presence, integrity and confidence.

Here, we work at the meeting point of the 4 bodies (mental, emotional, physical and energetic) through experiential, body-based practices.
You’ll learn and unlearn how to regulate, release, and rewire, in yourself while equipping you with the skills to guide others safely through profound healing experiences.

This is not just a training. It’s a return. To the wisdom of your body. To the intelligence of the breath. To your own felt knowing.

This program can be taken as a stand-alone certification or integrated into a 200h or 300h Yoga Teacher Training, expanding your capacity to hold safe, attuned spaces.

About This Course

The Mission

At YogaUnion Bali, we go beyond practice and challenge the norm.

We learn, unlearn, break, and grow together through presence, embodiment, and connection.

This training is not just about techniques. It’s a trauma-informed space that meets you where you are, supporting a deeper connection with yourself and with others, whether your path is personal or professional.

You’ll be guided through experiential practices, reflection, and shared learning — developing the confidence to hold space with clarity, care, and respect for each individual’s process.

This training is rooted in community, trust, and emotional honesty, creating space for real transformation. It’s a place where your nervous system is respected, where nothing is forced, and where your process can unfold in its own time.

More than learning tools, we return to the body, to relationship, and to a more human way of being and guiding.

More than a group, we become a family. A YogaUnion.

The Course

This training is an opportunity to deepen your connection to yourself through breath, movement, and embodied awareness.

It’s a space to explore how the body holds memory, how breath shapes our inner landscape, and how simple, grounded practices can create lasting shifts.

Through somatic tools, breathwork, and trauma-informed frameworks, we explore what it means to be present, not just in thought, but fully anchored in the body.

This is less about trying to be somebody, and more about being here, in this body, meeting yourself with clarity, curiosity, and honesty.

You’ll engage in practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and grounded facilitation.

Together, we soften the heart, expand awareness, and strengthen your capacity to hold space, for yourself and others.

Join us for a week of practice, reflection, and connection, rooted in real experience and embodied transformation.
