OVERVIEW

Meditation, Mindfulness & Yoga Nidra

You'll explore different forms—sitting, lying & somatic movement,

Noticing your body’s responses, emotions, and thoughts as they arise—being ‘the witness’ to your experience and
releasing what’s not needed.

Meditation deepens awareness and cultivates balance. It’s a practice of self-exploration, connecting you to your inner compass

A source of wisdom and intuition.

Self-Enquiry through Authentic Communication

In pairs, you’ll engage in self-reflection, honest sharing, and meaningful conversation.

It’s entirely your choice whether you speak in front of the whole group.

We’ll explore patterns & boundaries, giving you the chance to recognise what truly resonates with you. An opportunity to speak your truth while listening with genuine presence.

DAILY SCHEDULE

We start each day with mindful breath and movement – to connect to body awareness.

Once grounded, we practice relaxing meditations to release stress, restore balance, uplift, and set a personal intention for the day.

Journal your insights to capture the learnings of your individual journey.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast with eggs, toast, oats, tropical fruit, home-made peanut butter, fresh juice and other delights.

After breakfast, there’s time for a self-reflection exercise (different each day) before coming back to the shala.

We offer a safe space to reflect, connect, and integrate your
experiences.

You’re invited to share insights, emotions, or sensations in a
supportive group held by compassionate listening and gentle
guidance.


Each session weaves together mindful presence, reflection,
embodiment, and practical tools to support your emotional and
physical well-being.

We provide a safe, supportive space through trauma-informed
facilitation. You’ll explore Body-Mind connection and learn to regulate
your nervous system, release tension, and cultivate inner awareness.

Rooted in community and connection, our sessions blend practical
tools, embodied experience and reflective shares, to support
emotional and physical well-being.


Theory and practice reveal how mindful awareness can open the
door to healing, balance, and embodied ease.
We love to have interactive theory lessons, so that we learn from
each other.

YogaUnionBali partners with local restaurants to supply the best nutrition during your stay with us. Our team of chefs create healthy vegetarian meals, a fusion of Balinese and Yogic dishes from local, organic produce, fruits, tempe, tofu and superfoods.

We create a warm, relaxed space where you can ask any questions
about the course so far—whether it’s about the practices, ideas, or
anything that’s come up for you.


It’s a chance to chat, explore things together, and get support in
weaving these tools into your everyday life—both personally and
professionally.

There is no final exam.

Throughout the week, you’ll practise guiding different partners. You’ll receive constructive feedback from facilitators and peers, helping you refine your skills, grow in confidence, and lead with ease.

We end each day with a soothing meditation to align group energy. A simple yet profound experience, grounding and uniting us all.

Enjoy ‘you time’ in the tranquil rice fields, treat yourself to a massage, or venture out to a dance, live performance or music event.

QUALIFICATION
YogaUnion’s 50h Self-Enquiry & Meditation Teacher Training is registered with Yoga Alliance. Teachers certified at our school will be eligible to accredit their Continuing Education Hours with Yoga Alliance.

We believe that whether one decides to teach or not after the training is of little importance.

This experience will allow you to grow and develop in a physical, mental and spiritual level.

It will be a journey inwards and a cornerstone in the ultimate quest is self-realization and self-love.
