The 50H Nervous System Reset Teacher Training is a practical immersion into somatic awareness, emotional integration and nervous system regulation while strengthening how you communicate, relate, and set boundaries.

You’ll learn trauma-aware facilitation, to create safer, more connected spaces, while experiencing meaningful personal shifts..

This course can be taken as a stand-alone certification or integrated into a 200H or 300H Yoga Teacher Training, adding to your skills and expanding your capacity to hold safe, attuned spaces.

How your days will unfold

08:00 – 09:15 | Morning Somatics

Each day begins with somatic movement and awareness. These practices
help you notice physical and emotional tensions held in the body and
begin the day with felt presence, regulation, and embodied clarity.

09:30 – 11:00 | Breakfast & Self-Reflection

After morning practice, enjoy a nourishing plant-based breakfast designed
to refuel your body, balance your energy, and awaken your senses.
We offer fresh, organic meals crafted by health-focused chefs, using
tropical fruits and locally sourced ingredients, all inspired by
Yogic and Balinese traditions.
Each bite supports your practice and leaves you feeling light, vibrant, and
nourished.

During the break you’ll explore self-reflection journaling and self-
regulation practices.

11:00 – 13:30 | Nervous System Regulation Theory & Practice

After the break you’ll explore nervous system, embodied and emotional
balance while tuning into your needs, preferences and boundaries through
authentic relating skills for healthy relationships.
You’ll learn safe, attuned space-holding skills through supportive,
reflective feedback and practice with peers.

13:45 – 15:45 | Lunch & Personal Practice

Enjoy a delicious, plant-based lunch. Rooted in yogic principles and
crafted by skilled chefs, each meal blends local, organic ingredients,
tropical fruits, and superfoods to fuel your body and support your practice.

This is more than just lunch, it’s a flavourful, energising pause that
connects you to the heart of Balinese wellness and yogic living.

15:45 – 17:30 | Interactive Lessons & Teaching Practice

You’ll practice facilitation skills, co-regulation techniques, and guided
session structure, building confidence step by step.
Real-time feedback helps refine your ability to hold space, respond
skilfully to nervous system states, and adapt practices for individuals,
partner work and groups.

17:30 – 18:00 | Group sharing & Closing Ritual

In this session we invite you to share your experience of the day,
deepening relational awareness.
We end each day with a regulation practice to integrate the day’s
experiences and support each other in community presence.

18:15 | Dinner

At YogaUnionBali, we partner with a local restaurant to offer our
participants a nourishing yogic diet, vibrant, plant-based, and rooted in
holistic well-being. Their skilled chefs craft unforgettable meals, blending
Balinese tradition with yogic principles.

The Practice

You’ll experience how simple yet profound practices create deep transformation.

You’ll nurture personal growth, while gaining the skills to guide others safely as a centered and empowering nervous system regulation teacher.

Language

Our students are international, so don’t worry if English isn’t your first language.

All lessons, discussions and course materials will be in clear English to ensure everyone can follow along.

There is no final exam – instead, you’ll practice guiding others throughout the week.

Attendance

You’ll be expected to attend all scheduled classes as the training builds progressively through shared experience and continuity.
